    Lisa has been a yogi for more than 20 years and first discovered her yoga in her 20's. She feels herself healing through daily yoga and meditation. By taking her interest further, she qualified in 200hr TT in Ibiza. She believes that she still discovers new things every day about yoga. Her style of teaching yoga keeps developing and growing, and every class you will attend is different from each other. All her classes are well designed with a theme on different body parts.

Over a day we’ll gather (virtually), to move, reflect, and connect. An online yoga retreat designed to share our practices of self care, yoga, and conversation. All sessions will be live, but also recorded to do at a later time that suits you, practices for you to ground, to dive deep, at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home.

8.45am Welcome circle, journalling and grounding meditation with Lisa

9.30am Feel Good flow with Becca

10.30am Brunch with Tanya’s delcious home made Granola

11.15am Tai Chi Chih with Lauren (mindful movement)

12.15pm Please see options below if you don’t have a partner to do the Thai Massage with, they will both be recorded to do at a later date should you wish to do both.

Partner Thai Yoga massage with Lisa Colcough (Give and receive an amazing healing 25 minute massage each, easy to do for complete beginners).

Self Accupressure & self lymphatic facial massage with Beth

1.15pm Lunch with Tanya’s amazing bread (a very easy recipe will be provided to accompany the bread)

2.30pm Self-love, heart chakra Yin & Yang with Lisa (slow Tibetan flow with heart openings and Yin postures for the Heart and Lungs)

4pm Afternoon tea and Chocolate Brownie

4.30pm Kirtan with Becky Veray (chanting, call and response via facebook live, so no-one has to hear you ;).

5.15pm Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra with Lisa, finishing with a soothing heart chakra cyrstal bowl healing (via spotify due to live sound not being quite right)

6.30pm Closing Circle
