He studied Yoga Philosophy and completed his 500 TTC Yoga Teacher Training in an Ashram in Kerala. He has been training people from all over the world in 200 & 300 Hours TTC Yoga Teacher Training in different Yoga schools in India and Nepal for the last couple of years, before he fulfilled his dream to open his own Yoga School. With the goal to spread awareness, show you the spiritual aspect of Yoga in my Yoga Retreats and to find the simplicity in human beings to live your life in peace.

He has been practicing and teaching various Yoga Styles such as Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Alignment, Mantra chanting and Yogic Kriya (Cleansing). Vijay Ji is very well known for his great knowledge of unique sequences, variations, adjustments and enthusiastic, energetic teaching approach. He has been training many ongoing teachers in well-known Yoga schools of Rishikesh, Thailand, and France over the past decade. He is very well grounded in his self-practice, and a lot of his teachings come directly from his own self experience.

Around 4 years ago she started her yoga journey with Ashtanga Yoga. She did a 200 hour Hatha Vinyasa YTT in Rishikesh in 2020 and began teaching yoga after completing her training. She is very excited to guide you on your yoga journey and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about stress relief, anxiety and burnout.

Day 1 Arrival in Rishikesh
- Lunch and rest! Prepare yourself for the beautiful yoga journey.
- 3:00 PM – Introduction Session
- 4.00 PM – Yoga Nidra
- After these sessions we’ll go for the world famous Ganga Aarti.
Day 2
- 7.00 AM – 9.00 AM – Preparatory Yoga and meditation practice
- 9.00 AM – 10.00 AM – Breakfast
- 11.30 AM – 01.00 PM – Satsang
- 1.00 PM – 2.00 PM – Lunch
- 4.00 PM – 7.00 PM – Local temples and ashram visit
- 7.00 PM – 8.00 PM – Dinner in a traditional Indian restaurant
Get ready for our trip starting at 6 AM next morning.
Day 3 Himalayan trip
Our first destination is Vashistha Cave where we will meditate to experience the cave meditation as great yogis do.
We take breakfast in Kodiyala which has a great view of the surrounding nature!
Then we will enjoy visiting Devprayag, which is the meeting point of two sacred rivers; “Alaknanda and Bhagirathi”.
Day 4
In the early morning at 4.30, we will take a shower and get ready for meditation in the temple of Dhari Devi.
After having some snacks and tea at 7 AM, we move to a beautiful village named “Sari” which is around 12 km from Ukhimath. From there, we will do a beautiful trekking to Deoria Tal which is a great lake. People say that Gods & Goddess and divine spirits come to swim in this lake.
After having breakfast, you will have time for a short rest . Before lunch, there will be a yoga session to remove the tiredness from the trekking.
After lunch, you will have time for some more relaxation. After this relaxing afternoon, you will have a meditation practice.
After dinner, we have a special practice to feel the presence of great Siddhas and Yogis.
Day 5
We will be there whole day to experience our inner being and Kundalini Shakti and find ourself who is lost in the world. Special practices and training will be given to make yourself free from all negativity and stress.
Day 6
The day starts with waking up early and rising the divine energy with the sun salutation. We trek down to Sari village and drive towards Chopta. Chopta is called the Switzerland of India. This is the place where you can heartily Enjoy and discover the beauty. Enjoy a beautiful stay in Chopta.
Day 7
We trek to Chandrashila early morning and enjoy the 360-degree view of the Himalaya range. There you will practice meditation at the peak with a positive energy. In the afternoon, we will come back to Chopta and take a little rest there.
Day 8
Return to Rudraprayag, then Srinagar and at last, Rishikesh.
The room/ tents are cosy, comfortable and will suit your needs during your retreat . We have single rooms, twin rooms.
Sattvic foods are healthy, nutritious and soothing foods to keep your body healthy and to help you keep a stable and steady mind.
With all the yogic practice of asana, meditation and kundalini, you will explore the Himalayas with all its beauty.
