Peaceful and charming accommodation
This place is basic but clean, beautiful and so relaxing. The guesthouse has the nicest organic garden which all guests can enjoy. My room was up 4 flights of stairs (some more like ladders) and so had a ocean glimpse view and a nice breeze which was beautiful.
One of the guesthouse staff helped carry my bags both up and down. It was so nice having yoga onsite and both classes I attended were fun and the teachers were really good. Other guests were really friendly. I only had two days here but would love to come back.

Relaxing !
Relaxation was exactly what we needed and we got it! Peaceful and quite throughout the entire time we stayed here. Couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were polite and the food was absolutely delicious.

Mia Oktari is an experienced Yoga Teacher who is registered with Yoga Alliance for the last ten years. Her passion in life is creating and living a healthy lifestyle through practicing Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga Yoga and Fitness as well as eating healthy nutritious food. She enjoys incorporating meditation into her daily routine to ensure that she maintain the best physical, mental and emotional condition possible. Her training includes a 500hr study with prominent yoga teachers and scholars from India and Bali.

Yogi teaches a variety of styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Hatha, beginner, and meditation. He was first introduced to yoga in 1992 when a friend introduced him to a monk from India.

The Serenity Eco Yoga Retreat takes place in Canggu: a laid-back, tranquil yet vibrant and trendy beach town perched on the southwest coast of Bali.
Nestled in between beautiful green terraced rice paddies and black sand beaches, Canggu is the serene bohemian home away from home for yogis, surfers, spiritual seekers, conscious hipsters and healthy foodies.
Canggu is the perfect balance of Balinese culture, authenticity and comfort. The enviroment feels more like a state of mind than an actual place.
The Serenity Eco Yoga Retreat Package includes two daily yoga sessions, offered each morning or afternoon for all levels - beginners as well as advanced yogis. Live the best version of yourself and indulge in a Balinese massage, group surf lessons, and a workshop on how to make Balinese offerings called Canang.
On the next day, we will bring the Canang we had created before and drive to a Balinese Holy Water temple for purification ceremonies. These rituals are believed to assist in cleansing our bodies on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

The retreat includes two vegan meals from Serenity’s in-house ‘Warung’ featuring healthy homemade meals – Alkaline Restaurant.
A buffet-styled breakfast is eaten together around 9 am, and dinner is served at 7 pm. Additionally, Alkaline is open all day offering meals, healthy snacks, fresh juices and desserts.
Alkaline caters for Vegans and Vegetarians, with no MSG or chemical enhancements used.
Ever heard the saying, "you are what you eat"? Our restaurant Alkaline serves vegan and raw dishes designed to detoxify your body.
The Raw & Vegan Cooking Class held on the fifth day will help you familiarize yourselves with raw food. After the class you will be able to recreate these meals for your loved ones at home!
