Location
This retreat will take place in Kerala, India. You will be staying at Ayurveda Living Village which is located just 30 meters away from the beach at the west coastline (Kaipamangalam Beach) in Thrissur district, Kerala, South India.
In our place gives you the opportunity to explore authentic ayurveda treatments, Ayurveda organic vegetarian food according to your body & mind constitution. During your stay in our village we will focus on cleansing and rejuvenating your body & mind. After the first consultation/ health check up with our doctors/ physicians (through pulse, tounge, eyes, skin, stomach, diagnosing etc… ) will prescribe your treatments program and your food diet according to the imbalanced or balanced state of the elements in your body and mind.
Daily Schedule:
- 06:30 AM : Morning Yoga/Pranayama/ Breathing exercise
- 08:00 AM : Organinc Ayurveda Breakfast
- 09:00 AM : Consultation/ Treatments/ free time/ swimming etc..
- 12:30 PM : Organic Ayurveda Lunch
- 02:00 PM : Ayurveda Consultation/ Treatments/ free time/ swimming etc..
- 03:30 PM : Organic fruit smoothie drink
- 05:00 PM : Ayurveda lecture/Ayurveda Cooking lesson/ Meditation/ bollywood dance lesson any of these a day )
- 6:30 PM : Organic Ayurveda Dinner
- 8:00 PM : Evening herbal Tea
- 9:30 PM : Sleeping time, Good night
All the rooms located close to the beach, and all rooms at Ayurveda Living Village have attached toilet ,shower and a veranda.There are 1 week, 2 weeks,3 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks health retreat packages that you can choose in our place.You will get double shared or single room ( as per your choice) close to the beach.

In Ayurveda living village We serve only Vegetarian food. Most of our food we are using organically grown seasonal fruits & vegetables from our own cultivating farm and also collecting from selected farmers/shops in our village.
