Becky is a ERYT-500 certified yoga teacher trainer who specialises in Yin yoga and fascial studies. She started teaching yoga on a rooftop in Guatemala as part of a women’s yoga collective. After several years of working in development and yoga tourism in Guatemala, Ecuador, Panama, Indonesia, England, and Taiwan, she resided in India for the last one and a half years, training students on 200 and 300-hour courses and Yin yoga.

This beautiful venue is situated at the south end of Palolem Beach in Goa, India - only a 2 min walk from the sand!
Wake up to yin yoga in the morning to move you into the flow of the day. Morning theory classes will intricately take apart the components of yin yoga. Lunch breaks up the day and is followed with the art of teaching interactive sessions that keeps your development growing. Evening asana and other practices close the day.
The immersion is broken down into two modules:

During this program, you will stay overnight at Anand Yoga Village in a twin share room of one of the wooden beach huts in the quiet and serene south end of Palolem beach.
Three beautifully fresh home-cooked vegetarian meals are prepared for you each day. Snacks and tea / coffee included, as well as fresh juice and water.
